Shipping & Returns

Print books ship within the United States. Shipping is charged once per order, not per book, at the rate shown at checkout. Site staff set the default rate in Site Settings and can override it on a title. Courses, eBooks, and audiobooks do not add shipping.

We typically prepare paperback orders after payment is confirmed. Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. You will receive the shipping address you entered at checkout. If a package is returned as undeliverable, contact us so we can help resend or adjust the address.

If you need a book sent outside the United States, contact us before you pay. Checkout rates are for US delivery unless we confirm otherwise.

Courses open in the classroom, eBooks in the library, and audiobooks in the listen player after payment is recorded. Access is sent to the checkout email. If this is your first order, check that inbox for a link to set your password.

Because digital items are delivered immediately, they are not returnable once access is granted, except where Texas or other applicable law requires a refund, or we cannot deliver what you paid for.

If a paperback arrives damaged or we sent the wrong title, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the book or refund the item, including the original shipping charge when the error was ours.

Unused print books in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the book price. You pay return shipping unless we shipped the wrong item. Original outbound shipping is not refunded on change-of-mind returns. Email us first so we can give you the return address.

Donations and monthly partnership gifts are voluntary contributions, not merchandise. They are not refundable except as required by law or in the case of a clear processing error. Contact us if a gift was charged by mistake.
