Strength. Purpose. Resilience.

You came home. But you are still in the battle.

You were trained to run toward what others run from. No one trained you for what it costs to come back.

Invictus Warriors was built for combat veterans, first responders, and the families who carry the weight with them. For PTSD, complex PTSD, and the secondary trauma that touches a whole household.

In crisis right now? You are not alone, and help is immediate. Veterans Crisis Line: dial 988, then press 1. Text 838255. You do not have to be in the program to call.

If this is you

You don't have to explain it here

This is for the veteran who came home from combat but whose mind never fully left the battlefield.

It is for the first responder who has seen too much and sleeps too little, who learned to cut off from their own feelings just to keep functioning, and who is not sure how much longer they can keep doing that.

It is for the family that has felt the cost of the silence. The spouse walking on eggshells. The kids who learned to read the room before they learned to read.

It is for the one who was told to get over it. Told they were too sensitive, too much. You were not making it up. You do not need to get over it. You need to move through it.

The truth no one told you

You are not broken. You are wounded. There is a difference.

PTSD is not a character flaw. It is not a weakness. It is the natural result of a nervous system that lived through something it could not fully process, and then kept that experience on permanent replay, just in case the danger came back.

It is a survival mechanism that got stuck. It does not care about your rank, your record, or how long ago the wound happened.

A broken thing stays broken. A wounded person can heal. That is the entire reason this exists.

Who is behind this

Dr. Ron Campbell

Combat Veteran · Author · Founder

Dr. Ron Campbell

Ron is a combat veteran. He walked out of the military with no idea who he was supposed to be without a weapon in his hand.

For years he buried it under what the world calls success, until the unprocessed trauma underneath finally brought everything down. He hit bottom with nothing left and no place to hide. What he found at the bottom changed the direction of his life, and it started with his mind shifting.

He wrote the book he wishes someone had handed him then. He built this program for the people still standing where he once stood.

He will tell you plainly what this is and what it is not. He is not a licensed clinician, and this program does not pretend to be therapy. It is lived experience, a tested method, and a refusal to leave anyone behind.

The approach

Regulation before processing. Always.

Most programs ask you to dig into the worst thing that ever happened to you before your body is anywhere near ready. That is how people get retraumatized and quit. We do it in the right order.

01

Stabilize

First we help your body stand down. Sleep, regulation, a predictable rhythm, and the basic safety of knowing nothing here will be forced on you.

02

Rebuild

Then we interrupt the survival patterns, restore your sense of agency, and start rebuilding an identity that is bigger than the mission.

03

Reintegrate

Then we work on the way back to family, work, community, and a life with purpose in it again.

How we actually do the work

Plain tools, used at your pace

Only when you are ready. Nothing here is forced, and nothing replaces the care of a licensed professional when you need one.

Nervous system regulation Grounding and routine that help quiet the threat response your body got stuck in, so sleep and steadiness can return.
The MindShift course A practical pathway for spotting the survival-based thinking that runs the show, and replacing it with self-leadership you can rely on.
Equine work Guided, hands-on time with horses that rebuilds trust, boundaries, and connection without needing to put any of it into words.
Sleep, fuel, and resilience The unglamorous foundation. You cannot heal a mind in a body that is running on empty.
Sound, rhythm, and sensory calm Simple practices that help an overworked nervous system settle.
Peer and faith-aware support Real connection with people who get it, and optional spiritual care for those who want it. Faith is offered here, never imposed.
Continuity that follows you home Guided practices, check-ins, and community that keep going after an intensive ends, so progress does not fall off the day you walk out the door.

What this is, and what it is not

We will always be straight with you

This is

A faith-aware, lived-experience recovery program built by someone who has been in the hole and found the way out. It runs on dignity, consent, and your pace. You control what you share and when.

This is not

Emergency care, psychiatric treatment, or a replacement for licensed therapy. If you are in crisis or need clinical care, we will help you get to it, and we coordinate with licensed providers when your situation calls for it.

That honesty is not a disclaimer. It is the reason you can trust the rest of this page.

The vision

A place for warriors to stand down

We are building it. A quiet, land-based campus where veterans and first responders can rest, regulate, and do the real work away from the daily overload, paired with a digital platform so the support reaches people wherever they live.

A residential program. Equine grounds. A studio that carries the work to those who cannot come in person. Phased and built deliberately between now and 2030.

The goal is simple and practical: a person who can sleep, think clearly, manage their triggers, reconnect with the people they love, and build a meaningful life beyond survival.

Join the mission

Your first step

You don't have to have it together to begin

You just have to begin. No enrollment pressure. No leap. Pick the step that fits where you are today.

The war you are fighting inside yourself is real, it is valid, and it deserves to be taken seriously. Not tomorrow. Not when things calm down. Now.
